I had a great experience with Israel and the team at Bennett Toyota. The only negative of the experience was working with Toyota themselves, who did not honor the monthly deal when I ordered the car and the car came in 12 hours after the deal shifted to something not as great for the customer. It seems to met that Toyota should honor the deals made at the time of securing the car that is coming in. This was not in Bennett's control and the manager did try to help me with solutions. The Bennett dealership had a better selection of inventory coming in than some of the other bigger dealerships in term of variety that would be in a middle price point that would have some of the more practical packages included. Israel was very clear, shared his computer screen so we could look together, and was very thorough without being pushy in the test drive. He really listened to me when I explained my interests and was patient while I worked things out with my family. He was responsive with my emails and phone calls and great with my whole family.

Juni, our representative, was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The few questions that he didn’t have an answer for he quickly found out from other associates or the Internet. He was helpful in showing and explaining the car’s features. The other sales persons seemed to be equally courteous and helpful, and there was a definite feeling of healthy team spirit at the office. The manager was friendly and likable, as well. In general, the dealership felt upbeat and the staff was eager to please.
