I arrived a half hour before their scheduled opening, but they took my car in right away and gave me a loaner while they replaced my brakes. Several hours later, they called and said my car was ready. I went over and within a few minutes I was out the door with my perfectly fixed Avalon. They are the best Toyota Dealership I have used.

Love my new 2017 RAV4!!! This is my second RAV4 within 3 years!!! Chris Zerfass, got everything I wanted in my new vehicle especially my sunroof!!! Plus a week later we purchased a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma!! That says a lot within a week 2 purchases from Diamond Toyota Dealership!!! The employees are warm and welcoming!!! Thank you guys for making us feel very important!!!

I love the new snow tires on my car. I now don't care how much it snows! The fluid check card is very helpful. The print out I received that goes over my entire car's functions is very informative.

I took my car in to be inspected, and while that resulted in my needing the muffler replaced, I was given a loaner car for convenience and decided to have a broken rear latch panel replaced at the same time. I was made aware of all the work involved from the very beginning, and the service department applied a current discount coupon towards the job. I purchased my Toyota Prius new here in 2006, and have continued to have it serviced by this dealership because of its excellent Service Department. Jeff Innocent and Micah are the best to work with. Well worth the drive from Lancaster!

Took my 2011 Camry in for inspection and recon Was able to use a loaner Feel very secure now with winter coming They did the complimentary and I needed a few things had them done Best part was tho the re-com was amazing Living in Hershey with all the road work I had tar etc Car looks like new Thank You PS Karen also found a coupon I had not used.

Received an email about the vehicle exchange program responded that I may be looking to trade my 2014 Venza. I wanted an AWD and 6 cylinder. I was met by Joe Abelada at the time I suggested. He mentioned that the Highlander or 4 Runner may be what I was looking for. We decided on a Highlander, he brought one for me to test drive and we worked out the finances that best suited my situation and we made the deal. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I've been driving Toyotas for 30 years and will continue to do so as long as the vehicles are top class and the sales and service are top class.

Diamond Toyota rates #1, for me, in selection, sales, and service. The Internet Specialist, Lin Davis, guided me to the perfect vehicle, a 2017 Toyota Camry XSE. Andrew LeFever, the Sales Manager, made sure every detail of the buying process was explained. Steve Kahlon, the Owner / General Manager, thanked me and shook my hand. Toby Young, the Finance Director, went over all aspects of the buying process and helped me get an excellent rate of purchase. Mechanic, Kris Milligan, talked with me about proper maintenance of my new Toyota. Finally, Tim Martinez, Salesman, explained every aspect of the electronic features on the inside of my new vehicle. Joe Abeleda, Salesman, and all of the other working personnel, in the dealership, shook my hand and made me feel welcome. I am truly happy with my purchase of a 2017 Toyota Camry. The expert staff at Diamond Toyota helped me through every part of the buying process and made me feel comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend Diamond to anyone who wants a gratifying car buying experience.

I had struck a curb and destroyed the tire and misaligned the right front wheel. From the side of the road where I was awaiting AAA to replace the flat tire with the spare tire, I called Diamond Toyota. Micah immediately arranged everything I needed from an appointment the next day to a loaner car. In less than four hours I was back on the road with a new tire and realignment. I can't praise Diamond Toyota enough for their courteous, timely and excellent service.

We were very pleased with the experience buying a new car from you. The car we wanted was not in your lot, but you found it for us in a day. Joe did a great job explaining all the features of the car. We were not intending to buy on our first shopping trip, but we really liked the car and were sold on the hybrid model after driving it. So far, we really love this car.

When we first encountered Joe Abeleda he introduced himself and asked how he could help us. He showed us what we were interested in and took the time to explain and go over everything in detail. Even though we got there rather late he did not hurry us. We were very impressed with Joe Abeleda and would do business with him again. Service staff are very personable. I never feel "talked down-to" because I'm a woman. They find ways to save me money (wiper inserts vs wiper blades, I would have thought those terms were interchangeable). The waiting area is clean & comfortable, & they have an excellent coffee machine. They are more than happy to help you figure out how to use it..

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! This is a long one but they deserve it! I?m from the D.C. Northern Virginia area. The dealerships around me house some of the worst people you?ll ever encounter when trying to buy a vehicle. Take a look at some of the reviews of Lustine Toyota in Woodbridge, Virginia and you?ll understand where I?m coming from. How they treat potential customers is damn near criminal. I wanted a 2016 Sky-Metallic Access Cab Toyota Tacoma with the TRD-Sport Package. I didn?t want any other color, package, or model. I knew what I wanted and that?s that. The dealerships around me didn?t have any and I was told there were 2 within a 300 mile radius. I went with the one in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. It?s roughly a 3 ½ drive from me and it was the closest. I called them up and Jeff Emerich was my salesman. This guy was the most down to earth, straight up, no bullshit guy I?ve ever come across. I asked him for the absolute lowest price because I?d be coming from VA and he did just that. I compared it to True Car?s price and it was under the average paid and was very close to Excellent! Without hesitation, I asked that he take a picture of the truck with his cell phone on the lot and send it to me. I wanted to be certain the truck was there and they weren?t going to do the ole? bait and switch. Jeff did exactly what I asked and even placed a hold on the vehicle with no strings attached. He said if I was coming up for the truck, he?d make sure it was clean and ready to go. The next day I left to make the drive. When I arrived the truck was there and looked great. I spent a total of 15 minutes in the showroom to sign some paperwork and I was on my way. Jeff was awesome and Toby was also a pleasure to work with. This dealership was totally worth driving 3 ½ hours out of my way for. I highly recommend these guys!

My experience with Diamond Toyota is fantastic. Purchasing a car can be stressful, but not with Diamond. Their low-key, honest approach is commendable. In my previous experience with other dealerships this has not always been the case. I will only deal with Diamond Toyota as they are totally professional in all aspects.

I appreciated the Service Manager discussing options with me, and I also liked that although he had suggestions, he did not pressure me to do them immediately. I've been at other dealerships where they tell you that you have multitudinous issues with your vehicle, and then it turns out not all were needed. I did not get that vibe here.
